note: created in CS3...doesn't work well with dark photos...
update:
1.) added dark strokes 1 -for earlier versions of photoshop
2.) added dark strokes for small res -for small resolution pictures...
samples....
used this action (plus a top layer set on hard light of the duplicated original) on this [link]
